The metal is in excellent shape, well engraved but no animals or heavy German stuff, cheek plate on right handed stock, Stock has some minor dings and the checking is worn down. It was taken from a German Forester at the end of the war, he cried about losing his gun, so the story goes. Since then it has had 6 shells through. The sticky triggers are due to heavy grease on the parts. Asking price is $1000.
