Ahhhhhh I just had a heart attack! No not really, but a 3" 28 gauge! I fully understand the marketing play for folks that believe in the fallacies of print. But the heavier loads in a 28 in my humble opinion is self defeating for what the round was intended.

Now I have given away 2 cases of 28 gauge 1 oz loads that was given to me by a family member of a dear friend who passed away. To be honest, I am very hesitant to even shot one. And opinions on this board help make my decisions to give them away.

Stan bring up a great point for one to think about ones prejudice of size, and weight of all our gauges. Stan I don,t have a mathematical solution, they kept the answer pretty close to the cuff from the Roswell crash!
