It is a 12g Diamond grade that came with a very dried out collapsed kind of red Hawkins pad. I have not dated the gun but suspect it is older than the pad which is not original I am sure but since it is there I would like to replace it with another. The LOP to the wood is 13 5/8" so I need a pad for my LOP anyway. I use slip-ons but only if I have to. I know it is heretical but I don't care for leather pads. Please be so kind to give your opinions or suggestions as what should be done.
