I'd suggest picking up the free loading booklets available from the powder mfgrs. Everybody has some LP loads. I like Nitro 100 for mine. My advice is to choose the least expensive powder that will do what you want, using the fewest grains. Powder charge weight figures into recoil. Less weight = less recoil. Fast burning vs. slow is not relevant, assuming the same velocity is attained. Best bet for safety is to not use any load data from any unofficial source without verifying it in the books first.
