I ordered a set of locks last January, still not had them. Every time i pester to find out whats going in the guy answering isn't in the workshop today, or recalls that there was some small issue orginally they were going to take 2-3 weeks which i put faith in given that i spoke to kevin in person regarding the order. The last stuff i got from them took well over a year im glad to hear its not just me who gets the run around.
What irritated me this last time was that i was chasing up my order and was offered up to buy the original locks the castings of which i had ordered. I might of bought them if the last two emails promising to "find out what was going on" had come to anything.
Anyway rant over. I will say that the quality of stuff when it has arrived has been better than other similar stuff i have had from Peter Dyson. The costs are often similar but i prefer the way dysons do business. You pays your money and as fast as the royal mail drives your item arrives.
