I have checked most common manuals. Check out IMR powders and the loading guide. It seems Federal hulls and IMR powders will deliver standard payloads to 1 1/4oz at velocities approaching 1300fps at less than 7500psi.

Something I learned searching that was the brand and type of hull makes a huge difference in pressures, all else staying the same. Who'd a thunk it?
