John, you asked the OP if he had a form 6 filled out. He said "no". That doesn't mean one wasn't done. No one is arguing with your expertise as an importer just your interpretation of what was done without being involved in the transaction. I'd be willing to bet a Form 6 was filled out by the importer. Two months ago I had Borderview import a gun for me and I never had Form 6 filled out, but apparently Borderview did. Do you see the difference?
