Here was my question.

Did you have a filled out form 6? That did not me him, I was asking if one was or had been done. He said no. Maybe that is where the confusion is. I did not know that the broker was an ffl importer at that time. But they should have the 6 then. If there was no 6 at the time, that might be way it was held up. Maybe they forgot to get it.
When my guns come to customs they are cleared in one to two days.
