Did you buy it with a credit card? Was it charged and do you have evidence of that? Did Borderview say they have your gun or know where it is? What does the seller of the gun have to say? Are there any tracking numbers of it being sent anywhere in the past 12 months?

There are a lot of simple questions that need answers if anyone is going to be able to help.
