I'll offer the following. BV is level two for Greener - BV2. OQ is on the order of BLE's, so OQ5 to OQ6. Current condition would be CC5 for a proper restoration or CC6 if you have some heartburn over the recolor or sleeved barrels.

BV2-OQ5-CC5 = $2,719 and BV2-OQ6-CC6 = $1,477. The "pigeon" may be worth a bit, too.

Could be worth a bit more if better in person than the one photo I could see and the description.
