Apparently there is not enough work at the 'London Chapel of Perpetual Mess-Maine', so CC has been digging through his old pic file. For you experts 1. Who was the maker? 2. Describe the two different locks 3. When were they made? We've got a 'hint' pic in reserve if some help is needed

The mainspring perches are very different, but I do not know why. Oh, wait. Rebounding and non rebounding?
