Mike, I, too, have heard the statement that multibarrel sets do not add value to an English Best gun. I didn't believe it at first, but the more trading I do, I am coming around to believe they add very little value. There may be a different effect on American or Continental guns. I would let some of the dealers that make their livelihood in the trade confirm this, but maybe 10%, max 20%. I have one multibarrel British best set currently and I did not pay any more for it than I would have as a single. Each gun is a unique set of circumstances and each buyer can make his own value judgment.
