If a person likes working on project guns Im happy for them. That one was a little rough. Ive bought worst examples for projects but not lately. Stan is right, this poster likes these basic shooter project guns. Not too expensive, decent steel, simple mechanism so a straight forwards type shooter when fixed. Some of the Swedishdoubles seem rock solid for just a few hundred dollars. Everyone needs more guns or more projects.
Stan, could you also talk to my wife as well. I need a few more 42s and maybe another dozen doubles but she is under the impression that I might have enough. Where do these ladies get these weird ideas? Use to think it was TV but it must now be the internet. Anyways, just another few guns should satisfy a gun itch. For now.
