Careful Stan. Wishing your life away isnt so great. It goes fast enough without counting minutes and seconds. Im looking forward to hunting season too. When I was younger I was obsessed. Watched the same grouse hunting video over and over ALL summer. Not so much anymore. Im glad. I think I used to get depressed when hunting season ended. Strange eh! NOT healthy. I dont obsess so much anymore, thankfully.


I don't see it that way at all, buzz. I see it as wondrous anticipation, not as wishing time away. Been chasing doves since age 8, and I can truly say I look forward to dove season now more than I ever did as a kid, even tho' I loved it then. People who have nothing to look forward to and anticipate grow old quickly. Doing all I can to slow that to a crawl. I often meet someone for the first time and after getting to know each other they may ask my age. When I tell them 67 they are usually incredulous, and say I sure don't act like it. I credit a lot of that to always having something to look forward to with great anticipation. My days are full of something to do ................ either work or play. Never many dull moments around here.
