Hear tell Alabama Skally'wAgs like eating Goose Turds. Im waiting for Trd to post a pic of him eating his leftover fish in the break room at work. Thats if he goes in today. Apparently hes considering staying home and drinking coffevee with Juan Valdez all day. _________________________ You know whats funny, Tad? You cant afford Detroit.

I'm always late on the newest food trends. Last week at the camp, 67galaxie prepared BEEF ribs. I've never even heard of anyone eating beef ribs unless they were attached to one of those lollypop ribeyes you see. He seared them on the grill and then cooked in tinfoil at 200 degrees in the oven for 3 hours. Excellent!...Geo
Nothing like carrying an actual chef to hunting camp!

....He seared them on the grill and then cooked in tinfoil at 200 degrees in the oven for 3 hours.... We've done this for years with pork baby back ribs. You can sear them under the broiler if it's easier, best part is you can fiddle with other things while it's on cruise control in the oven. Beef ribs can be a treat, a butcher can cut 'em thin across the bone. With a decent marinade and a smok'in hot grill, things are more interesting around the bone.
