That "Chain" pattern looks virtually identical to that on my ca 1902 F grade Lefever. Perhaps the same bbl maker, though mine doesn't have those thick breeches. I seem to recall seeing a catalog listing for Ithaca from along that era, I believe in an old Sears catalog, where they bragged about the "Heavy Breech" of their guns.
