That's different.  Can you show us some more of the gun?  It looks to have been restored or in excellent original condition. Those hammer ears look incredibly fresh as does the case colors so maybe the latter.  Shotgun or rifle?  Who is the maker?

This "Dol's Head" is "Totally False". Dolly's are not "False", just enhanced. I remember Dolly from way back when she was just making her debut into show biz & she was "Never" flat, but has grown considerably over the years.
