Bill Jaqua was as fine a dealer as I have ever known. There is (was) one in north Cincinnati who has been just as honest and decent as well. He is a bit of a pain in the butt to deal with sometimes but maybe that is normal. His son is not as straight as he is but still a above fellow in my books. The list of those who do not measure up is much longer. But when I dealt with those two I knew that it was a honest deal.
The one in Cincinnati sold guns for a widow without charge because he had dealt with her late husband for decades. Kind of a public service. Those were the same guns her late husbands friend told her he would take for a few thousand out of respect for her late husband but that he did not really want them for himself. They sold for 25K plus in total. Some buddies will screw your wife while you are alive and then after you are gone if you are not careful about your buddies.
