It has been several long years restoring the Remington Whitmore Hammer lifter.
This Sunday I got to shoot it for the first time, it is a 10 bore but feels more like a 16. I got a set of 10/20 reducers from Little Skeeters and shot my light unique hand loads. The reducers are very fun and easy.
What a blast is was after sooooo long! Throwing on the old Western White Flyer traps the clays were quite helpless!
My bud Rick said that this may have been the first time the smoke pole has been shot in 140 years.
Finished up in the shade of the cottonwoods with a couple of cold Pacifico's.
