Some months ago, I spoke with Walt Snyder about a particular Ithaca gun. He didn't have the answer and said he had sent all his records and notes to Cody. Also,I wonder if Cody has the Fox records since Ithaca acquired the company years ago.

The A H Fox records are now at Cody, as well. They were sent there from Savage, not from Ithaca. Also, the AHFCA has the order cards for graded guns, but not for Sterlingworths.

The A.H. Fox Collectors Association, Inc. has photocopies of the Fox production cards. The folks who got into Savage and did the photocopies only did the backs of less than 10% of the cards. So, a letter from Cody is the only way to obtain any information that is on the backs of the cards.
