OP forester Sidelock Joined: Jan 2007 Posts: 60 Likes: 2	I am just starting to inlet (or let in in British parlance?) a British sidelock action in to the machined stock made from a pattern. This is the first time I've worked on a sidelock stock. I've made several boxlock stocks. Question: when inletting the bridle does the face of the bridle need to end up in firm contact with the wood?
