There are surely a lot of parts in the Parkers but as Buddy said, what's there to be leery about. Every part is very well made and properly heat treated to last forever. I love them both about equally. Lefevers are still cheaper, no thanks to the Lefever organization, publicity and website. The Syracuse Lefevers are an absolute marvel of simplicity and genius. If old Dan had been able to get along with his various partners and stay in one business for a relatively long length of time, who knows how big those wonderful Syracuse guns would have been. I have another one coming, a steel-barreled G grade. YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-HAAAAAAAAAAH!
