Speaking only for myself, I am sick and tired of this childish crap being posted on this site.I really dont care if these guys dont like each other. I do care about he fact that meaningful threads are cluttered up with pleading ,whining and name calling.I think they, especially this Chambers guy, owe all of us an apology, and need to stop it. I visit this site because I love double guns, shooting them, learning about them, and talking about them. The kind of behavior these guys exhibit dilutes that enjoyment. QUIT IT!

LD I really belive they get off on being childish. Just ignore the cr@p and most will go away eventually. Thorny was a real pot stirer when he first appeared. He has mellowed some and sometimes even adds good info. It would be nice if we could set our preferences to ignore certain people.

Why can't they just leave me alone? I want out too...they simply won't stop or even agree to a truce. Why must I always incur their nonsense without the right to insist they leave me alone or the right to turn it around on themselves? What gives them the allowance to accuse serious academic posters of "smoking hemp" and taking "psychedelic drugs" as they did to Rev?

Go ahead, ask them if they are willing to either stop or accept a truce. They think this is the thorney/joe website...and to hell with everyone elses right to make academic posts. Why don't you insist they apologize to Revdocdrew? Not only does lowell not allow many academic posts, he chooses to talk about his wardrobe and throws in the word "Brummy"...on a site for double information exchange.
asking them to simply leave me alone, is NOT an unreasonable request? asking them to stop bashing other members seems to be...
They could end this fray in 30 seconds if they wanted to, by simply agreeing to a truce...I don't know what else to do...ignoring them doesn't work when they won't leave me alone

If you really feel this way, why don't you simply ask them to stop? Are you asking that I stop, but not them? ...go ahead ...ask them directly if they are willing to stop...you'll see ...ask them why lowell has been banned from other websites?

Something I picked up, in my short stay here on earth, If one protests to loud and too long, right or wrong you become a whiner/weiner. Most of us are here to LEARN and have some fun within a common interest. Just like a gun one should weigh a poster's reponse on its merits. Imploding into a post (to wash some dirty laundry) that is not your own does not improve one.s standing-IMHO. This is a place of varied opinion, which is a good thing. One should not take offense to a position held by some that contradicts one's own. Hey...I've got a great idea...since I've already stated repeatedly that I want nothing more but to end this, and maintain some sort of uneasy truce BECAUSE IT'S NOT OUR SYSTEM...how about we ask Lowell and Joe to simply stop being so offensive and agree to a TRUCE?

Their position is indefensible. They don't even deny the things I charge them with. They're a couple of racist dogs, and too many readers enjoy it for me to rock the boat...isn't that what John is trying to tell me? ...
This is a learning opportunity for everyone...let's see who else steps forward to defend these insulting racist dogs...
