I'm not going to cut it as I already have a 20" Stoger and a couple of 97's. The only reason for short barrels in CAS is when moving down narrow halls, etc. I've never been to a match where they do that as it's a safety hazard. It is rare to move with long guns near any walls. Too easy to bang into a wall and drop a gun. That's a stage or match DQ depending if there is a live round in the gun.
