I have a 15.5" length of pull and I have several crappy looking 1.5" extensions on my guns. Fortunately, it's easily reversable to the 95% of the world that don't need to go to the lengths I do to get good fit. To accomidate the rest of the world I always keep the original butt plate for when I sell the gun.
BTW my favorite gun originally had a 13.5" LOP, if you think adding 1.5"s looks crappy you should see how awful 2"s looks. However there is hope, I like the gun enough I may get it restocked one day.

Were it my gun I'd probably fit it with a 1" black Decelerator pad, that's what I've done with several of my guns, just thank your luck that you don't have to add spacers too.
