The Rogers price of ten bucks a box is very reasonable in today's market. However, if I were "out of stock", I would sell them for $7.00 a box.

Some of these new 28 gauge TSS shells were developed for Turkey hunters. No cares at all about shot string, because the birds are stationary when the trigger is pulled. It's all about shooting 9 sized tss shot and being able to kill a turkey at 50 yards with a little light gun. Its the new In Thing.

The 3" seems it would support steel shot with larger payload and powder volume. Gil

I have learned something today. I did not know that anybody made a 3 inch 28 gauge. And now my question is why?? My opinion is that we try to explain too much. The reason why is ........ because we can. My point in my earlier post could be better stated by condensing it, maybe. Why shoot ANY particular gauge/payload when the argument can be made that "there is something already out there than can do it better"? Why does anyone NEED more than one shotgun? A twelve gauge can, and will, do it all. We do these things just because we WANT to, and some of us are constant "fiddlers", trying to improve a situation.
May God bless America and those who defend her.
