Just a very unpleasant reminder for everyone heading to the glorious Midwest. Opening weekend last season, in the parking lot of a motel right off I-70 in Russell, KS, several nice aluminum dog boxes were taken from the beds of pickups, with the dogs dumped in the lot. Not sure if the scum were ever caught.
The Midwest has wonderful folks, and wonderful country, but meth is a terrible problem everywhere.
