This is obviously Connecticut Shotgun. So, I am just wondering, where are they getting all the Model 21 barrels that they have for sale on Guns America? Are they new barrels that they are manufacturing or are they barrels that they have taken off of old Model 21s?

Last I heard is that they had the tooling for the Model 21 and that they were trying to sell the tooling https://connecticutshotgun.co/csmc-model-21-side-by-side/

I have become addicted to English hammered shotguns to the detriment of my wallet.

They have been making 21 bbl since they took over the Model 21 from USRAC. CSMCo got all the inventory from USRAC at that time, all parts incl bbls, but tooled up to make additional parts as needed by more modern methods in many instances.
I'd guess the orig Winchester/USRAC tooling is (was?) pretty much old school and by now obsolete if it wasn't already by the time it was transfered over.

So, if I bought a set of those barrels, I could have them fitted onto and old, original Model 21? Or would they just fit right on my gun?

The chances are better for a set fitting than there is of someone hitting the Powerball lottery, and people throw $$$ at that junk everyday.
May God bless America and those who defend her.

Stan, are you not happy with people giving money, to the government, in hopes of becoming the highest tax rate, tax payer. Half the ticket Monet goes directly to the lottery, the rest goes to the jackpot. Hit the big game and your 50% of the grand prize total, taken as a single payment, becomes 37% Federal, .9% Med.tax, state tax of 7-9% in most states, city or local income taxes as well. So you 50% share becomes a windfall tax for the government of almost 50% of your check. Then spend any money and pay 5-9% sales taxes, personal property taxes on large purchases, real estate taxes and on and on goes the tax bill. So the government gets 75+% of all lottery money one way or another. Worse will be the plague of people wanting money for their “charity” or friends and family wanting their share as well. With that tax bill the only people I know who can afford to win the lottery are farmers. They can lose money, and still drive new pickups, for awhile . May the rains be gentle and winds fair my friend.

JOhn Arrieta I was at their mfg locations, both the orig and the current location. They made their bbl sets right there for their guns. It's been a while since I've been there, so things may have changed. As far as the 21's,,they inherited a lot of sets in various stages of completion from USRAC in that deal when Winchester/USRAC NewHaven plant closed down. But they make/made (still make?) them as well
