Has anyone taken up selling the nice shotgun cases that Jeff's Outfitters used to sell? I believe someone said he imported them from Mexico. Perhaps someone else is doing it now?

Brent, I own some and regret not getting more when I had the chance. I hope they reappear from another source, they were great cases for the money. Karl

That’s a question I’ve had. I wish I would have bought several. They always looked to be good quality for the money

Yes, I have one that is excellent for my purposes, but a friend just got his first double, an Elsie, and he would like a case for it.
Kind of makes me wish I had bought Jeff's business in those, but I'm supposed to be retired.so I've time for things like putting a new leg on my barn this morning.

I have one of Jeff's leather and wood cases, the last one he had for a Browning BSS. Fits perfectly. Very nice quality. I also have a couple of the Guardian cases I ordered from England and they too are nice and of equal quality. Last but not least, I have a Tourbon case made in China and they are quite nice for the price. I have no idea what hard material is under the leather of any of these, but they all fit and feel the same. Between Tourbon and Guardian, I like the Guardian better due to better quality straps on it. Otherwise, for around $200 +/-, they are all pretty equal.

Thanks Perry, that is all very useful. I see a Tourbon on Ebay right now.

Are you looking for a take down case or a leather gun slip? I know a guy liquidating an estate, and he has a Mulholland Bros. 100 cartridge speed bag and matching single leather gun slip with a nice patina.
Out there doing it best I can.

I know a guy liquidating an estate, and he has a Mulholland Bros. 100 cartridge speed bag and matching single leather gun slip with a nice patina. He wants a case. He likes the compact and protective features of a hard case that doesn't occupy a tone of space. He might settle for an old Redhead lge of motion case that I have, but it's not exactly what he wants.
