Baker ejectors seem to be the prevalent system used on most Greener ejector guns. G guns being an exception.

Not often enough. You don’t see them often Out of curiosity I counted the number of Greener's listed on Gunsinternational that have side and top safeties. 9 guns with top safety and 30 with side safety. That's a 25% chance a Greener you will encounter will have a top safety.
Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
