L. Brown Sidelock Joined: Jan 2002 Posts: 11,574 Likes: 167 Iowa	Don, if the gun was from the 1904-1925 period, it would have the shot charge (1 oz, 1 1/8, etc). 1925-54 would add the chamber length in inches. No chamber length marking would make it an earlier gun.
