Does anyone know if 28ga. AYA #3's are built on a scaled frame or if they use a 20ga. frame? Thank you very much.

Yes I do believe they are scaled smaller than a 20ga frame.

Yes, the frame is scaled to a 28. Mine with 29” barrels weighs at 5.13.
