PBS is not my usual haunt since it's become essentially the equivalent of an elderly fat matron berating people. But. . this program from SW Virginia was really fun and contained not only a great recipe for wild rice but some real tips for dressing Doves. I know is pretty puerile but consider the audience. It's worth a watch and throughly pleasant and the wild rice recipe is worth it.
