Thanks for posting! That was enjoyable to watch and I'm sure that was a very delicious meal. However, she could have just used a cheap cut of beef and it would have been delicious with all those ingredients and that cooking method.

I think doves are good enough that all you need to do is pluck them and fry them, with the legs still attached. The legs are the best part. Serve them with biscuits and gravy, mashed potatoes, and purple hull peas, and you will need about an hour to pick through them and get every bite of meat off the legs. Gotta eat the biscuits and stuff during the first part of the meal before they get cold, then take your time with the legs.
