Waterlox Original Satin Finish. You also need the gaseous spray to use before closing the can so it won't catalyze with the oxygen in the air and spoil.
Pro Custom Oil, liquid, gloss finish.
I vaguely remember reading that many satin finishes have solids that obscure the grain. I have not compared satin and glossy to comment on that personally.
