.....I think we have an idea why the gun was priced as "nicely" as you suggest. Which means someone in the store knows it is a salt wood gun.
The logical opposite may be even more true. Someone at the store knowingly took in a salt wood gun for pennies on the dollar, to pass the savings on to someone else, as well as earn their usual profit margin to make ends meet. The mentoring concept is huge, but it seems cringe worthy to chase down a stranger in a parking lot, immediately after a purchase that one was eavesdropping on. Maybe, a boy, you don't see those every day, gonna take it to the local skeet range?
