I was scanning through their latest offerings. Checking out some of the MWT numbers and have a question. Some of the numbers have a minus or a plus after them , what exactly does that mean?

right barrel listed at -025"---the actual measurement could be say .02516". left barrel listed at +.027" ---exact measurement could be say .02789"
