Trump promised more than a decade ago to replace ACA with something many times better. Today he says he has a concept of a plan. What he means is he'll keep conning his minions until hell freezes up. His supporters here aren't stupid ( well, some are} . They all have fallen for his lies. And that's no wonder; he IS the greatest con man ever.
