I just restored a 12 bore Miroku/Daly. Very well built. Better than a Browning Superposed IMO. The parts were much more finely finished and machined vs. any Superposed I’ve had on the bench. Here’s the Miroku/Daly after I refinished the metal reassembled it.

My only gripe with the factory finished gun was the color of the wood. It was gag a maggot terrible. A yellow colored wood and hard varnish type finish. Gross.
And the Japs put some kind of gold colored crap in the engraving….needles to say all of that had to go:
