Last week I benefitted from a one hour lesson at the Purdey Royal Berkshire shooting ground about 30 miles west of Heathrow Airport, England.
With a dedicated instructor we concentrated on practicing at high pheasants in advance of our trip to Scotland next month. The cost was £110 or $140 US including 100 cartridges and clays, plus free coffee. I recommend it.
Previously I have had a similar session at Holland & Hollands in west London, which was equally good. Plus they now have an indoor rifle range before your safari.
