Apparently there are no known cartridge specimens to this caliber, also no ballistic data.
I am not aware of any German or Austrian cartridge company which at that time published loading data or ballistical data such as muzzle velocities

Obviously there have been cartridges available in 1912 for this rifle but I think is is quite moot to speculate what powder was used.
If those cartridges were produced by the Austrian company of G. Roth (quite possible) then probably some Austrian powder was used.

And when one is "hand-making" cartridges today then one is really out on one's own to establish appropriate and safe loads.
I call this "hand-making" because the process is far above the word "reloading".
