David, this simply proves that while Conservatives have won a battle this Tuesday, the long war for preserving our Republic is still going strong.
We can celebrate a little, but those who wish to change the fabric of our Nation will not stop. The indoctrination of kids in schools and colleges was very high on their priorities list to change attitudes about Socialism, Capitalism, abortion, religion, and even our Gun Rights. They would much rather waste $$$Billions on wars caused by foreign policy failures, and housing and feeding millions of illegal immigrants than they would to hire Resource Officers to protect kids in schools.
These are some very sick people who defend perverted things like Transgender Story Hours, LGBTQ indoctrination of children, allowing biological males in women's sports, locker rooms, and bathrooms. When Conservatives fight things like gay library books with subjects like anal rape, they accuse us of promoting censorship... as they work to totally shut down opposing views. We have some members right here who celebrate and support these things, and even applaud the emasculation of Boy Scouts in pink camp tee shirts.
Your Granddaughter learned that they don't even respect her 1st Amendment Free Speech Right to support Trump or to oppose their sacrament of abortion. A certain Nutty Professor here would not think or say there was anything wrong with her teacher attacking her and her Constitutional freedoms. It is a lot like a stage 4 cancer that has been silently growing and spreading, and one election isn't going to cure it.
I have high hopes for Donald Trump in his second term as President. While he fulfilled more of his campaign promises in his first term than any President in my lifetime, he will be hard pressed to fix all of the damage caused by Liberal Left Democrats over several decades, and especially the last 4 years.
There are Liberal Democrats who are highly critical that he didn't accomplish everything on his agenda in 2016... but they neglect to say that they did everything in their power to stop him with endless investigations, phony Impeachments, lawsuits, etc. They created division and chaos, and blamed him for causing it. None of that will change now, and they would do the same to any other like minded Conservative candidate. They are openly talking about the things they plan to do to stop him and any chance of success in his second term.
Those of us who backed him and his agenda must understand that he is one man, and he will continue to need help and support from us... even after his term is over.
And know this David... there will be a few guys here lighting up Dave's PM box to demand that he locks or deletes this Thread. You know it won't come from me! Thanks for telling all of us this story.
