Stanton, at this stage what am I thinking of is what I need to be getting out of. I have a library of about 80 19th and early 20th century books on Central Asia, what is now Pakistan, Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, Iran, Tibet, etc....Brit travelers for the most part, but one Spanish who went out to meet Timurlane in 1402 and one French plus another 50-80 more modern ones and some compiled encyclopedias. Some are pretty rare. But after 15 August 2021. . .not much use - until 9/11 happens again.

If anyone wants to read up on the Indian Army expeditions of the 19th century - 3 of the 6 volumes are devoted to punitive expeditions against the Pashtuns including the 1839-42 and 1878-80 Afghan wars, I have a great 6 volume set. As a bonus you get the Abyssinia campaign and others. (admittedly most of these are on-line now, sadly).

And to keep this on target, the Pashtuns could flat make some gun copies. Would like a $100 H&H?
