This one was very musty smelling from mildew and I cleaned it with Ballistol in hopes it would kill the smell which it did somewhat, it did clean up nicely with great blue remaining. I had hopes that it might be an NRA sales rifle due to the serial number but no marking on the TG. Whoever did it, did a neat job on adding the PG and cutting up the bayonet lug into a band.

Wow, I’ve never seen a military rifle (‘03, Mauser, Kraig, etc.) customized in such a beautiful way with a handguard. All the checkering is beautiful, and the way they checkered the handguard is especially impressive. Well done!

That is a dandy Dan! they did a good job hiding the seam where they added wood to the pistol grip. I really like it.
