USPS, UPS and FedX have all lost items for me. None want to pay up when it happens. And even the higher cost Registered shipping, where it is signed for at every stop, failed me for six weeks. They never explained how that did not work. Had the BATF and Postal Inspector involved on that one. No arrest were made but one person was given unpaid time off I was told. It was an honest mistake he claimed. That package was signed for, put into the system and went missing for six weeks. Only after the BATF and Postal Inspector got involved after a claim was filed for insurance. That was a mess as well. Seems they like selling high dollar insurance but not paying off, for anything. What ever shipping works for you use it, but trust nobody. Keep every scrap of paper.
