Day one Trump signs an executive order to annex Canada. They will become our 51 state and to offset the extra population both DC and Puerto Rico will be declared free and independent and no longer part of the US. Any Federal property will have a 50 year lease which will give us time to move the capitol to Arkansas or West Virginia, which ever gives us the best terms.
