I find it interesting, no, sad, that the word hate is thrown about so cavalierly and how dour and bitter leftists/liberals are and, always have been. I am an evangelical and I certainly didn't hate Jimmy Carter however, to his benefit, he is now only the 3rd worst President in our history, thanks to Biden and Obama. Nor do I love Donald Trump but did enjoy the peace and prosperity of his term. As another Christian observed, "I didn't vote for Donald Trump to be chairman of my board of Elders".
One has only to observe where the 'likes' are....and are not.

As far as the religious right goes, there is no hypocrisy. You either never read a Bible, or you learned nothing from it. Look at David and Solomon, or even Nebuchadnezzar. Trump is a leader, not a prophet.
Lots of people are and have been leaders. Take your pick. Hitler, Putin, Lenin, Marx for that matter. You are led by a man that despises you. But that is on you. You have pledged your allegiance to a liar and narcist. A man that has and will continue to violate every one of the 10 commandments. And you think he is an honorable leader? Listen to yourself...
