Do these idiots know how many places in that nation are natural deposits of lead? Pointless decision. This is like deciding wind will be the only source of electric and then find out that you need fossil fuel to make everything needed for wind. Deciding to do it anyway and refuse the use of oil, gas or coal. It is easy too to take away other people property, or change the rules so it has no value, or just can not be used.
