Ithaca was offering the Miller by at least 1926 (maybe earlier) but the depression and a $2.00 added surcharge from Miller hastened their transition to the in-house designed Howland single trigger. (Ref: the surcharge, I’m like Daryl - somewhere I have a reference note but where? 🤔)
A few years ago Researcher was able to help us by finding a listing for a single selective trigger in the 1925 Ithaca catalog (assumed to be the Miller). There was no listing for a single trigger in the ‘24 edition.
