I prefer to use a MEC Supersizer to resize my .410s. It's another extra expense, I know, but I bought it to do double duty as a shell holder on my drill press table when I roll crimp. I have interchangeable collets in most gauges.

One hand holds pressure on the SS while the other pulls down the spindle to execute the crimp. A foot controlled pressure switch turns the drill press on and off.
